Refund policy

Returns

At Fidgex, our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns are only accepted in cases of critical issues, such as:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or misuse of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Any item returned after 15 days from delivery

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
